No, you can check out online as a guest, but you will miss out on the benefits of joining.

You have two ways to join us.

1. Find the crown floating button in the lower-left or right corner >join now> registration page > fill in the relevant information > create my account > done!

2. Open the sidebar menu in the upper left corner>account > Create one > fill in the relevant information > create my account > done!

We cannot save items in a shopping bag, but we have wishlist function, you can add what you like into the wishlist and send it to your email.

Shopping at HAORUN is easy. Simply follow the steps below.

1. Select the size, color or quantity.

2. Click on “ADD TO CART”/ ”BUY IT NOW”.

3. Click the CHECKOUT button to review the item(s) selected and make some modifications if necessary.

4. Apply your discount code if you have one. (if there is already an automatic discount applied, you cannot use the code.)

5. Complete shipping information and then click the CONTINUE button to complete the purchase.

To use your coupon code, add all of your items to your shopping cart and checkout. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”.

Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from HAORUN. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

We do not process any of your payment information. All payment related matters on HAORUN are handled by Paypal.

If you wish to cancel your order after your payment, please Contact Us ASAP, within 12 hours if possible. This way we can cancel the order in time before it's packed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, it's usually too late for us to cancel. 

Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on backorder.

This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses.

Ordering an item that is currently on backorder is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

Our main fulfillment center is located in China.

In general, orders will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time.

Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 7-18 business days.

If you choose "Expedited Shipping", the normal speed is 3-6 days.

Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, we cannot accept returned products that have been used or man-made damage.
